Sanofi invested considerable time/money into creating a website to house educational material and case studies pertaining to disease populations (part of ongoing content-marketing strategies). The goal of creating a community for practitioners to meet, contribute and share strategies was not met due to the site's poor UX and lack of engagement. A quick fix was needed.
My role: I worked with Franklyn Healthcom to design an iPad app that reps could use to guide practitioners through the steps to find and apply population studies to their communities. I was responsible for wireframes/architecture and visual/interaction design. The app allows practitioners to more easily obtain bundles of education materials to serve their needs. By breaking down the contribution process for adding disease pop studies into easy steps (including calculating potential ROI in real-time), engagement with the original site increased measurably.
